This Large Eberhard Extra Fort transitional features a gorgeous ivory patina on the dial. It’s fitted in a 40mm case; dial has a very charming patina. The blue base 1000 tachymeter scale on the periphery brings out pleasant contrast against the rest of the dial. Movement is the caliber 16000. So the top pusher activates the start, stop and reset function in a single action, while the bottom pusher slides up and down as a locking mechanism. Conditions are great, with a strong and unpolished case, warm patina and freshly serviced from our watchmaker. This example is placed in the transition between Pre Extra fort and Extrafort (this terminology appears for the first time in 1942). We paired this chronograph with our pig skin leather strap. It checks all the box for a normal budget.
